@EnZo_ That would be a cool idea, but all your friends would need to have the same sounds in the same folder. I can imagine if we provided a custom directory for sounds, and they appeared in the menu, and you chose one, it would play but only for other people who have it in their folders, too. If that's what you wanted, maybe it is possible to program. That's not how this mod works at the moment, though. You are limited to the sounds it comes with.

how do u add custom taunts when i dont have any prophunters folder in lua folder or gamemodes folder

I don't remember. Some of them I did custom sampling from larger works.

i would like to add my own taunts like you do. I can see and play my personnal sound with menu but one in two i can't see any personnal sound in my list.

no cannot be used in sandbox unless you know lua commands and want to type them in the console. it extends the Prop Hunters mod so that has to be enabled and running before these are reachable.

Can one use this in sandbox?

arr figured it out. the directory structure changed in the latest release. it works again. try now Frosty :o

yeh ive been play that but the only way i could get it to work was by extracting the files and putting them in gmod folders, prophunters does keep saying out of date but wont update for me so might be that

ok just double-checked and the mod is still working for me with a fresh install of GMod. make sure you install "Prop Hunters" mod as well, from here: http://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=260275546 ... its not the same as the default "Prop Hunter" mode you get automatically when you install GMod. Its a completely different gamemode, which you choose from the button in the bottom-right of the gui: http://i.imgur.com/K8Hhvcv.png ... then when you are in the game playing, press F3 to display the taunts menu

@poke: it only works from inside Prop Hunters. notice Prop Hunters is a special game mode you have to download, not the same as the default Prop Hunt mode.

Does this work outside of Prop Hunters Gamemode? Like, for example, can I use this in Sandbox mode? Or no? And if I can, where do I find it?

Thanks AstroDoge. Removed the .wav and updated the release.

OKAY! Last comment; I figured out the problem. It crashes when trying to load the one and only .wav taunt, 'bblaugh.wav'. Taking that one out of the .lua solves the issue. I don't know why there's an issue to begin with, but that's what fixed my problem.

I think there's a fault in one (or more) of the entries in the .lua file listing all the sounds. I've tried to find it but there's so dang many entries. Loading a few at a time succeeds, but loading the whole file as-is causes my server to crash.

Nice variety, love this pack - however I can't seem to get it to work on my server without it crashing. Something about the .lua file that keeps doing it.
