Googling github issues about dead twitter cdn and looking at solutions. Essentially just swapped url to a different twitter emoji database and then fixed some icons which had their id change.

Reto And Dapifid addon does not contain almost any textures. Original authors decided to make user download them from twitter cdn at runtime, so you either need to wait a bit for hud to download or check you have access to twitter cdn. Downloaded emoji files are saved into garrysmod\data\downloaded_assets.
