Perhaps you have a conflicting add-on. The ragdoll is there and has been for almost 4 years now. People have used it for posing plenty of times as well.

Ever since I set that model I've spawned way too many times and if in a third person view the model is set, yet in a first person view, it's just a normal GMod model first person view.

This rule applies to almost any server that doesn't use a custom system to handle player model changing. When changing your playermodel, it's not set until the next time you spawn.

So basically if it won't work correctly if you had changed the model after you spawned, The server that I play on that does include pointshop does not let you swap models untill you spawn, and I've seen many players on the server using them just fine, is there anything that would help me with that?

I don't think I can access CS Online. I could be wrong but if I recall it's not only region locked but requires quite a lot of information that isn't particularly valid outside of Korea (and I don't even speak Korean enough to actually figure out how to crack the game). Between that and college bogging me down -- I haven't exactly modeled in 2 months -- you might be better asking someone else.

once you open the tool and select the model, it should populate
the table with her applicable morph target sliders

Use the faceposer tool in the gm_showspare menu (Q by default, F1 by default)

this is a cool character girl and I liked it very much, because she has: beautiful bright eyes, long pink hair, though she still barefoot but that looks to me it is very good !!!
