Map works, but there is a LOT of work to do. I just carried the free men as Durin's folk, had 59% and when Sauron capitulated, my faction - Realm of Erebor, got less than nothing. There was no peace conference... just some sort of weird White peace... i mean, what?

the HOI4 update messed up EVERYTHING map wise but worry not were working on a brand new map that will encompass all of middle earth. It will just take some time to finish the NEW map.

Hi @Harald Hardrada, this mod contains at best more assets as of current, we modified the game's UI and many more aspects, it will get bigger as we revamp the map in the coming weeks.

@Proman we use the Kaisereich style scripted peace deals we plan on making it so you can turn that off and annex as you pls. But that will be coming after the new map is finished.

@Vaporean Were attempting to stick as close to established lore as possible to tell the story of The Third Age with minor alternative trees here and there (Arnor reforged and Numenorian Umbar) I would suggest asking the Rise for Ruin or The main Lord of The Rings HOI4 team since they like more of the crazy alternative paths.

For the next update could you also add some of the story elements from Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War. It may be a bit non canonical when it comes to the original story by JRR Tolkien but I thought it was cool and I would like to see it.

@asxt Localizationis definitely one thing that is a major work in progress the focuses for Erebor/Durins Folk about Khazad Dum currently have no effect as that portion of the map is a WIP coming in the following months. Unless the community poll for new content votes for it sooner.

When you play as rohan (riddermark) most of the focuses at bottom right don't say they do anything, the same when you play as durins folk, the focuses about the khazad dum expedition don't say anything about what they do.

Weird, I did check our code and nothing seems to act off, It is strongly recommended to not play nations that are not listed in the main menu due to the fact the bugs they may have.
