my issue is; it took me a second to realize this is Demoman, that shouldn't be the case. Also the paint region is ENORMOUS, Baliclavas almost never work, Spy's works but its the only one that does work because thats what you expect

It doesn't match the cartoon art style of tf2 it's more tactical and it removes a lot of the character, like expression. It just makes the mercenarys less of their own character. Although you can get away with spy, or even face masks like the dead by daylight mask.

Paintability ruins yet another cosmetic, but its not even good to begin with

certainly not the worst thing ive seen but the paint region is unessesary in my eyes if you really want to keep it then maybe only the shirt and not the mask. And maybe make a stile that is just the vest.
And grass can consent. Pls think before you write. People can make items fitting for the game and like what they are making if the idea fits into the game i really don´t see the problem with doing something you like. And don´t be a ♥♥♥♥ to people just for making stuff. You can give critic without being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and while i agree that creator should take a bit of responsibility for their items i don´t think going into the comment and out right being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is a good idea.
Critique is completely fine as long as you can convey it in a resonable manor and don´t go outright beserk. Be better and behave better.
Zesty is not being this much of an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ either and he is probably the limit of how far you can go with harsh critic before you go to far.

I like this set, but having that big of a paint region is a no for me.

It looks pretty ok, but it should NOT be paintable.

The mask is a bit excessive, the vest on the other hand is very nice, Demo doesn't have many vest cosmetics that are actually good, in all honesty I think you should scrap the mask and add some sleves instead, maybe with a custom emblem if that's to your liking

again, I adore the vest itself, the mask is just unnecessary

yes, it's a cool idea, cool textures, cool model AND it fits the game. definitely. BUT. the only problem is that you made the paint region WAY TOO BIG. my suggestion is to make the snow sleeve-ish part the paint region, then it's literally near perfection. glad to see you not being one of those copium addicted sloppers.
