Обычный хард рейн на реализм-эксперт дается тяжело. В этом ремейке было все в разы легче - это не понравилось. Было ощущение, что автору эта кампания тоже казалась сложной, поэтому он ее упростил. Хотя не стоило. Лучше поиграть в обычный хард рейн.

Hi, I was wondering how you properly changed this map. When I decompile l4d maps, there are so many problems I can't keep track. What is the proper way to do it? I have a great idea but I can't make it until I learn how.

I use Bspsrc, I check for leaks, when I fix the leaks, it still says the same leak is still happening.

I especially like the different layouts in the sugar mill

Dunno if it's just bad luck, but got no medkits in final saferoom + finale failed to load leftover medkits. Made it basically impossible since we had a poor tank spawn chapter 4 that almost wiped us, had to do entire finale with no heals. Amazing layouts and gamefeel otherwise

There really needs to be an update that makes it to where when starting a campaign the Director will choose between the Vanilla version of that campaign or an alt version like this one. It would add more replayability and make the game feel refreshing each playthrough.

My only complaint is that there aren't more campaigns like this for all of the original campaigns. This is really just Hard Rain but bigger and better. 10/10

Eh. It's the same Hard Rain for me but with a bit of alterations and with no key feature of many witches on Sugarmill. Chapter 3 was a bit nice with railroad and thing but Town Return just the same. It is solid first work, if the description is true, and props and layout are high quality but again, not expect something drastically new from it.

9/10 good map,actually better than hard rain, its not that fun playing with bots but I had a good time!

Is just a Hard Rain, it is kinda better and i really enjoy playing it because Hard Rain is my fav campaign, 9.5/10

Been playing this map since 2014 it's still awesome! literally one of the greatest map

Unfollow mods, and follow only the most necessary ones like AI or scripts. A few simple gun mods and you can easily play this map.

Map is good, people having issues need to delete/unsub from good chunk of their mods. It’s L4D2 not Skyrim or Fallout.

Those people get crash are using too many high poly mod, remember this game is running on 32bit, game engine only 2GB i recommend using char and weapons mod ≤60MB.
I'm playing this map just fine ofc with full mod only get 1 crash while loading to finale

Multiple crashes and my bot teamates are stuck in the saferoom of the finale.

Really high quality map, the author expanded the playable area of the original one a lot.
Since the original hard rain is so short among official campaigns, really recommend everyone to play this version

This version of hard rain is really a high quality map
It improves what was outright a boring, RNG determined, frustratingly slow shitfest of a map to an enjoyable challenge.

Getting lost is usually a problem for me in the original hard rain, But this is intuitive in telling you where to go much more so than the original, Ammo and weapon spawns are better, Not as much random witches waiting for you to screw up, good placement of set pieces that makes the map memorable and reasonable to fight in.

I hate hard rain, but love hard rain downpour :D

Chapter 4 has 11 ammo piles, some of which are less than 2 seconds away from each other. There’s also way less witches and they’re wearing denim underwear for some reason.

50% easier than the official campaign, so it's also 50% worse fun-wise. The additions to the map are nice and blend in well, I have to give it to you there. Neutering the number of witches and giving an easier final stand just doesn't sit right with me though, as those are features to the original IMO.
