The error occurs if D3D11 Renderer Mod is installed and it is higher than GRawInput in the mod loading order, i.e. it has priority when loading.
GRawInput needs to be moved higher than D3D11 in the subscription list in the start window when starting the game

Протестировал сейчас, ошибка возникает если установлен D3D11 Renderer Mod и он находится выше чем GRawInput в порядке загрузки модов, т.е. имеет приоритет при загрузке.

GRawInput нужно переместить выше чем D3D11 в списке подписок в стартовом окне при запуске игры

Я так понял, эта проблема с "looks like you don't have dinput.dll component installed" появилась у всех. Я и переустановить сто раз попробовал и файлы проверить и папку удалял и от всех модов кроме директа и юниона отписывался. Ничего не помогает. Надеюсь автор исправит ошибку =(

Попробуй проверить целостность файлов:
Свойства > Установленные файлы > Проверить целостность файлов игры.

Если не помогло, то сделай чистую переустановку игры.
Удалить игру в Steam, удалить всю папку, подписаться на Union и D3D11 Renderer в workshop и попробовать снова. Также проверить, что в свойствах игры стоит Workshop - Beta.

Just checked, the mod works (unsubscribed and subscribed again).
Also it has no dependencies on other mods.
So far you are the first one to have this problem

The mod does not affect the brightness and gamma settings
Tested with and without D3D11 renderer. Works fine
You are the first to report this problem.
Try to reinstall the game, plug in this fix, if everything is fine - plug in the other mods you are using one by one
