you can change emotion by right click on the "Arsonist's Emotion" then go change Emotions by Move your mouse at "Set Skin" and select the one that you want to be appear. *sorry for shitty grammar*

This work like TF2 Cosmetics. you spawn it by Create Animation Set for New Model, and then Copy this is the filter "player\items\pyro\arsonist_emotion.mdl" to spawn, now just drag rootTranform and bip_head from specific pyro to this "Arsonist's Emotion"
then drag "Zero" in Procedural to the right.

I have no idea if you're asking what's an OC or the abbreviation or if you're just being sarcastic -- I'm gonna assume the latter.

But OCs are - and stand for - an original character that people often use for roleplaying. Sometimes they can be good, but half the time they're absolute shit. People use Pyro or Scout for a shitton of OCs and they're super, super dumb.

@Adammatic, to be honest. having multiple skins on one model is preferable to multiple models, and more efficient. Especially now that you can change out skins with overrides. That doesn't mean your work in unappreciated though. :D
