i have a npc of this without tf2 and theres no missing texurs hope this works

@pan tf2 (real) I just use an inflator tool to make all of the unnecessary parts as small as i can then use a ragdoll resizer addon to make them even smaller (in some cases even deleting them due to them being too small) and that typically works. If the angle would reveal any tiny parts, i'd make the model have collisions disabled and either put the tiny bits into the bigger model itself or use another prop/ragdoll that matches the wanted part's color and put said prop over top of the tiny bits
