generally everyone can do any repaints of my models, via dependency
if you need any psd for the text and such ask on discord, i usually have those

Yes they are still in service today
The start and end dates of the wagons are set to be somewhat realistic

The different skins of these wagons also represent different eras, most of the colorful wagons don't exist anymore, most are dirty and brown

There is information given in the name, when the wagons came into use
