It would be great if the developer made an AIO Compat like JSRS or SIG

Best sound mod ever

Folks if you are wanting your own compats for stuff you will need a library of sounds to use, Audacity, pbo manager, notepad++, and a lot of patience. SigSound is the template for what they used to make this. It is a pain. Because there's only 2 games that have the ash12 that actually sound decent. That being Tarkov and MW19, but mw19 sounds better then tarkov. Same thing for the deagles in RF.

Hey, Great mod! we have been using this for ages on our server.

just noticed that the CUP compat has a few issues with tanks in Cold war rearmed (which uses cup assets) and causes tanks like the M1A1 to have no main gun cooldown. is there any way to fix this?

i dont like the weapon sounds but the explosion ones are just perfect

The sound does not work i dont hear it.

who ever made these dlc need to look up a simple video and listen to the sound of a real explosion and then put that sound in the game. i hate it when they think they know what a real explosion sound like. plenty of war footage out there that lets you hear a real explosion.

does anyone know how to restore the sounds from this mod ? ive bought the veitnam dlc and 1944 spearhead. and the sound of explosions change to the dlc sounds now when i hear a explosion it sounds different its not the sound from the mod its the sound from the dlc. the dlc explosion sound like garbage falling down the stairs

Sadly RHS weapons are missing a bunch of sounds even with the compats.. can you fix this? alot of enemy weapons are completely silent :/

why tf would you want explosions to be silent in a realistic soundmod

Cool mod but the sounds are really arcadey if you've played games like battlefield and insurgency before, no vehicles are changed and all the guns from CUP sound exactly the same; for example the AK's.

@Babal Disfarcado, @Crickets i know how to do it but youre not going to like it. You'll need audacity and you'll need to match the file exactly, down to bitrate, stereo or mono, and everything else. If not it wont play. Forever ago when this mod first came on to the workshop i suggested using sounds from mw19 and so on but no one wanted that. So I made my own version that uses primarily sounds from those games. It is a pain. And i made my own compats too for other mods like rhs, alpha group, 3cb, MCX Virtus, and started on niarms, and cup.

Any news for the next update?

This is the best sound mod, the only downside is the sound of rounds cooking (ACE).

I tried to change the m110 supressed sound, when I change the sound file but rename it to what it originally was there is no sound in game, even when I change up the config there is no sound still. Why cant this specific sound file be used in game

OK I'll bite, this has me completely converted over from jsrs. Awesome mod! Really immersive. If I could be nitpicky just for one sec though, the only sound that seems out of place is the sound of a tank shell going by. It kind of sounds like fireworks, though that might just be because of the recent holiday, lol. But regardless, keep up the good work!
