Would also recommend using SkyUi also as between the two should cover your base for allot of mods both on the nexus and here.
Anything i can do send me a message and i`ll see if i can help you out.
Do I still need to start skyrim via steam to move mods in the data files?
Will the SKSE launcher still use all of my mods?
I'm sorry, but I'm not computer smart.
Stahlrim is already craftable in Dragonborn, if I recall correctly you have to follow a questline I think starts with finding the blacksmith's ancient nordic pickaxe where you also find the Bloodskaal blade and then I believe you have to have Advanced armors and Ebony smithing to make the equipment
Otherwise it's a great idea for a mod."
While it's true Stalhrim is craftable but who wants to go to other isle and do "A New Source of Stalhrim" quest? Last time I checked in a playthrough it takes practically forever and the equipment isn't as that strong compared to Dragonbone, alone let said Dragonbone outranks Stalhrim in equipment general and yes it's a great idea...
Otherwise it's a great idea for a mod.
