grips don't work on certain weapons, because i didn't bothered to make support for them on that certain gun - cuz that gun can't physically have grips
one handed ♥♥♥♥ works on same system with invisible grip - no grip support so it doesn't work

One handed ♥♥♥♥ works using system for grips (but just places your hand far away) but pistols don't have support for grips cuz you can't equip them in any way

why doesn't the one handed attachment work for pistols?

Usually it means it not compatible with current weapon or some certain attachment

I don't know what's going on, but I seem to be the only person with this issue. For some reason when using the "Buffs" attachment, when shooting at certain angles I get black boxes around the tracers. I removed every addon except this one, the ARC9 base and the ARC9 Tarkov weapon packs. I'd be happy to provide more details as needed, sorry if this isn't enough info it's my first time reporting something.
