FYI -- The Ploppable RICO Revisited mod description contains a link to the wiki, which has a section for asset creators...pointing to the Ploppable RICO Settings Guide published in 2016. All the information on how to add settings is there.

It shows up in your unique buildings. With the RICO mod it can be changed and then it will show up in RICO.
I don't know how to make it RICO ready :-)
