If the original author, eric1894, has any reservations about this I will delete my reupladed mod.
Would it be possible to add another event in addition to:
Events.OnFillContainer.Add(onFillContainer)
so that the code runs to replace dummy cartridges that are spawned in the world when a cell loads, for example?

If there's somehow a way to hard-code it to make the player unhappy by playing it that'd be good too lmao.
