I see it all the time and I've never had any difficulty recognizing the team of the wearer. The overalls are dark and desaturated. The bright colors draw your attention even more strongly to the brightly-colored sleeves

Now I do like this cosmetic but the fact it has a paint region and covers the colors of RED and BLU model kinda fucks team recognition. I mean I know why it is yellow for BLU and orange for RED because it is the secondary colors but still.

In Team Fortress 2. There are 2 teams. Red and Blue. You are making cosmetics for Orange Team. But you can save this cosmetic for 20XX when Team Fortress 3 comes out!

The bottom portion of the vest is usually quite scrunched-up for most of the engineer's animations, and at any rate, the rest of the vest is still team-colored to match the RED/BLU engineer's orange/yellow accents.

For being an item that changes the color of quite a significant portion of the engineer, it should definitely not have paint regions, and especially when it's the one area that still retains the team color
