Having a somewhat unusual issue: if I enable the wires on the bridge segment they don't appear unless I also enable Bridge-Bridge Pillar A (and only that one, none of the other pillars do it)

No, not every bridge can be converted to roads due to their widht and other components tailored to railway. Same applies for roads I make as well. For pedrido for example I had to remove 2 lateral beams to allow overhead wires.

Bridges that can be converted to roads, I am converting them. Altoona or generic passes are examples of that. I will convert more bridges in time

There are so many great RAILWAY 2 bridges. Is there a way to convert them to roads? Like unlocking the segments or BOB or Network Replacer?
