Open The Game.
When Main Menu Pops Up, Choose "Content Management".
When that opens, Choose "MODS" in the left side panel.
Then you have to "Activate" each mod.
Consequently, This is also how you would set some options in those mods, options that might not be in-game.
The reason this is this way, is so we can "Turn off" select mods, to trouble shoot, without having to go through the whole process of unsubbing, etc.
What resolution are you using?
Sure it is quite difficult to get the second load to work correctly but I have had a few people ask me about it so decided fixing the issue was worth a try.
I think this version solves it so may as well release it once it has been tested enough.
