Propane can you tell me which map you are using, and how you concluded it is slowing the SERVER on map change? Seems like the client would be experiencing most of the "slowing" since it is at connect

The black screen is intentional, it is actually for stability. Based on reports i will actually need to make it longer so that the textures and assets are not fully used at the loading state

I subscribed this animation addon, I got black screen on seconds & it appear any maps after I joined singleplayer maps.

Needs to fix that issue

Oddly specific I know but wOS Dynabase activated in "Nightmare House 2" will always cause a crash "LUA Panic" during load times.
As it is the only gamemode so far in which this bug occurs, it may not be something related to dynabase at all but anyways.

Just enabling ragdoll physics will not cause the game to crash. Just enabling this mod won't cause the game to crash. However, starting both of them will cause a crash.

But if you load a campaign map normally, WITHOUT That ragdoll physics, it will work?

Let me give you an example. If you use this mod along with the "L4D2 Corpse Ragdoll Physics" loading a campaign map such as "Escape from rebel warehouse", it will result in the game crashing upon completion of the loading process.

That doesn't make much sense, this mod replaces animations not the models of players themselves. What addon are you talking about?

This mod conflicts with any mods that modify the physics of the ragdolls, causing the game loading process to crash.:steamsad:

This addon cause lags and crashes on some maps. For example: gm_dugout. Some maps also crashes when it loading with this mod.

game crashes on build2001_vertigo map on x64 branch with this addon enabled, all my animation mods are supposed for dynabase and i dont use xdr
Forget about gm_construct OOM-like crash, it happened again, not related to the issue.
I will check with 32-bit later

Can you try switching to 32bit and seeing if it crashes?
not legacy extensions, not any of the actual animation addons, but namely dynabase
i just used the half method till i found the culprit

What extensions do you have installed? If you just install the mod alone, does it still crash? What branch are you on and what architecture (64bit or 32bit)
With this mod I have crashes when I try to load a large map (such as calamity coast) or after some time of playing on gm_construct also crashes the game. It felt like an Out-of-Memory scenario, but everything came down to this addon. I don't know how to debug this problem in more detail, so this is all the information I can provide.

How can you see what 'slot' you're using? I don't know how that works, but the addon I'm trying to make f***ing work uses the 24th.

I couldn't think of anything else that's causing it to not work. It's a running animation btw.
