Why akm not on my game？

Just a small problem, the skin doesnt appear on the foregrip

Awesome! Can I make a request that the skin is visible even when the gun is unequiped beucase I only see it when my character is holding the gun but when it is dropped it is back to the vanilla skin. Or is it just me?

Question: Why did you remove some of the Asiimov skins? Are they undergoing a reskin or did they just not work for most people? I mainly ask because I noticed that the M16A1 Asiimov and Mk18 Asiimov were removed.

Just checked, the AKM skin still works .

Getting a hold of original creators of cs:go skins is very difficult, i'v been trying for the asiimov. I try every time however i don't need to ask for anything if i want 2 replicate those skins for free on this workshop

@ Barmaley if i think what your sying iswhat your saying then make sure your virus scanner doesn't delete the .EXE file when you first install. make an exeption in your anti virus software for the game

lol what's up with these cs:go traders hatin on my asiimov skins. Thay don't even own insurgency 2 and still r commenting on workshop skins for it . r they afraid i will devalue there in stock weapon skins or something ? It's so sad.

^^ i Had a feeling you where talking about nightsights.
i did something simular on my ump | Hex and was thinking of doing that for the asiimov's now i know how 2 do that.

@Br3EZeR You want to make the sights stand out A LOT. Google "RPK Night Sights" if you need some visual aid. Basically you want to take the iron sights, and make them a ton more noticable in the dark. When this is done properly, like all the skins I download, it makes the iron sights so great that you dont need to use up points on a EOTech sights. Save points on a sight, can get you more points to get other items to keep you in the game.

@blueaseer i haven't done any world models because the layout of the world texture and the way it's wrapped around the 3D model is completly diffrent from the normal texture. This is fine if ur making a realistic skin with just 1 color or pattern. In my case where i use lots of lines and geometric shapes it is near impossible 2 recreat my skins on the world model .
And the only thing you get from it is that you c your skin when you trown down your gun.

@Tech Knight plz elaborate on that m8, if what ur thinking is a good id i might actually update the skin.

@xerxes i haven't started converting back 2 vpk but i'm pretty sure the vpk needed for the attachments wil be the "upgrades" folder and that folder contains all attachments. So i'm guessing if u subcribe 2 1 attachment you will reset other attachments no matter what.
I'll look in to it when i get to that point tho.

@Br3EZeR you should make it a file on it's own, instead of forcing someone to use it on any of the weapon packs. Anyway, that's great to hear, I love your work! <3

No world model texture? Could you try and make one? Nice skin by the way. Loving it!

@xerxes working on it, tho i'm trying 2 do all attachments in 1 pack so when i do other rifles i don't have 2 go back and edit the already existing attachment file. So that might take a while .
