Oh awesome! I tried out the Neon one. Still works even though it's for 3.5 UI Overhaul. By far my favorite. Just feels more space age

You can activate or deactivate any colored UI at any time of the game!

Can this be added mid-game? Or is it a new save kind of thing? I'm relatively new to Stellaris modding
