It’s really unique and cool but a 3d design on top of a hat seems like it would work bad for most hats

I'm a simple mann. I see team colored unusual, I vote yes.

3 gears is a little much. 2 would suffice.
Also, yellow is closer to being a neutral color rather than a red specific one. Make the red variant more red or create a plain yellowish-orange version as it's own thing.
