i just wanna say "Thank you!" this mod is great, my friends and me had such a fun time searching all the different characters (we also had a small civil war over a freddy plush XD)

If you get a cheat mod or the debug mode they can be spawned in. In the debug mode's item spawner window they'll have their own tab

Is there any commands for spawning them in? I can't seem to find any ever since reinstalling.

They do, although you'll have to go to an unexplored region of the map or wait for loot respawn (if that's enabled)

No, as long as you have the mod enabled you should be fine. If you're using Pomp's Items, be sure to disable this one since Pomp's Items includes this by default.

i tried increasing it, all the way to 100, but none spawned at all, is there anything im doin to add the mod wrong?

They can be fairly rare depending on your loot settings, you might have to try bumping up the spawn multiplier available in sandbox settings. I oftentimes find them most when killing zombies purely due to the volume. Although that's not saying much, even with a high spawn rate I think I only have 20-30 and I'm almost 3 months into this session!

You'll find an item called a 'Mystery Box' that you can open. The description should tell you of some possible places they spawn.

Howdy! The mystery box scripting was primarily made by ZGal88. I'm sure she'd be more than happy to let you, I'm fine with it. But I'd ask her too, just in case you'd need both of our permissions.

I was checking your mod around and I liked the mystery box concept a lot. would you mind if I implemented that piece of code in a mod I'm (planning on) making? you'd get all credit of course, and it'd only be the small lua code function & list (I know it's rather small and most people would just copy it since they consider it meaningless, but I like to keep it formal nonetheless )

Set loot to abundant and then set the multiplier to 100, turn zombies off, and go to the Grand Ohio Mall. There are a lot of toy spawns in that building. If that doesn't work, it's probably the culprit of a mod conflict. Though I'm not sure what mod as I haven't encountered any issues.

I've been slowly tweaking the spawn rates to be higher for the upcoming update, so if you do find them it's probably just due to being unlucky. They are rather rare.

i cant find any mystery box i set on 100 spawn chance and nothing i dont know is this fault of my mods or this mod bugs

Salutations, I've been working on a fairly large update for this mod, quite a few new characters to find. I won't spoil them yet, though I'm curious to see what suggestions you all would have in regards to spawning. Are there any places you'd want the mystery boxes to be able to be found? Such as on zombies, or some other location?

I've been playing with some friends and we find them every-so-often. Do you have any mods on the server that you don't on single player that may be conflicting?

Does this mod not work with multiplayer? I find the mystery boxes on lower rarities in singleplayer, but on 10x spawn rates in multiplayer I teleported around the map in multiplayer and checked every toy and gift store on the map and nothing.

If you start a custom sandbox game, there's an option to configure their spawn rates.

Huh that's odd, I use the game consoles mod and it works fine

I deleted the Video Game Consoles Addon (maybe it's just me), started a new game, and the mystery boxes appeared! I got my favorite plush Lolbit on the first try, awesome.

I want to make Crash Bandicoot, Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, and maybe Spryo plush toys in the future
