I do read the comments (admittedly sometimes a couple weeks after they were posted) and look into any issues/bugs that are reported. I'm no pro or expert at this so most of the time I need to reach out for advice. If a solution or answer is found I will reply to you, if not I wont comment as me saying "no idea, not my map etc" is pointless, rude and just not helpful in any way. I apologise if people have taken that as me ignoring them.
I've been looking into this the last couple days and when I load my map up just on it's own or with my mod list, I'm still able to see my area on the map. I've reached out and the only answer I get is, "more than likely a mod conflict" -_- I mean that is probably true but not exactly helpful. So because of this I started digging. The only solution I've found to similar issues when people have mentioned an area not showing on the world map or overlayed on top of the original (base game) area, is when they also have a mini map mod active? The only other suggestion I have is to look in the mod file just to make sure the worldmap.xml file is there. I hope that helps!
This would include you extending your creative license to us, allowing our mod team to add/edit/use your mod to suit our server. As such we would not publish our edits to the workshop. We will include credit to you as the original creator of the mod, of course.
If this is agreeable to you or would like to discuss this further, please let us know. Thank you for all your effort.

@Fearne I can't remember the numbers off the top of my head but I'm able to access an image that shows the locations etc of modded maps. So unless some has released one in the last month that touches mine, it should be good. If I ever do get back to finishing it, It would be released on it's own and not as an update for this one.
