There is a mod that gives changeling AI normal settlements. Only if you play it you get cults and normal tzeench settlements.
That pretty much fixes the problem too :D

Unable it when you play chaos Dwarfs! It broke their rebuilding main building

I tried to patch this but I am unable to remove anything from original mod in the patch without game crashing. I was able to edit original mod, to make it 3.1 friendly, you can try it out see how it works for you. Once original mod gets updated I will delete mine.

PS: My mod is not meant to be substitute but just temporary alternative, do not unsubscribe original mod, just disable it for the time being. Once this mod gets updated just let me know in comment and I will remove it :)

Yeah the mod just needs to be updated. Since CA removed the cap, buildings affecting cap either give infinite slaves or negative slaves.

It seems one of the buildings is bugged which causes slaves to be stuck at 0. The tier III economy building Bordello of Ecstasy affects slave cap which either reduces slaves by 300 per turn or bugs the game to force slaves to 0. This destroys the DE economy and prevents you from doing rites. I think all the buildings that affect slave cap cause this problem.

This mod is not compatible with UI improvements. It turns the entire panel blank. I'm getting the -200 million slaves at turn 1 but they're not stuck on 0 and it still functions like normal.

Last patch seriously messed up slaves, I believe even vanilla tables seem to be broken, people keep getting -214 milion slaves randomly after endturn or stuck on 0 slaves. I was trying to remove anything this mods does to slaves and I still keep getting issues. Guys I believe recent patch must have broken something in game itself so I believe we need CA to do Hotfix and solve this themselves.

Hi Ulrik. I really enjoyed your mod and I believe it will now have solid place in my load order. Since I found DELFs little overwhelming, especially Morathi given how close she is to ulthuan I made a submod to buff this mod a little bit. Here you go, with this you will be able to keep those cults you spent 30 turns and 40k building up even after you capture/raze the settlement. Similiar to "Control your criminal underbelly" for skaven :)

@firo well yea, that's why i pointed it out. also i somehow got the negative 2 billion slaves without the building, just happened when i occupied a settlement that didn't even have a cult in it. i turned off this mod and haven't had it happen since.

@kyle that's probably due to the fact press gangs increases slave caps which have been entirely removed as a mechanic.

Might want to look at the "press gangs" building line. When I put a cult in the witchwood and built it I got negative two billion 100 million and some change slaves. My exact steps that led to it: attack witchwood and build a cult. same turn I built the embassy, press gangs, atelier, and glade of athel caiellin. Next turn I'd attack the witchwood a second time and subjugate them (I use the "all diplomatic options" mod which allows making anyone a vassel).

Unfortunately this mod breaks Seduction Mechanics for Azazel.

Should be noted, about the bug involving the chaos dwarf settlement switching that sny mentioned, it also gives the indication the settlement is dedicated to Khorne (ala daemons of chaos mechanic). Also it seems the UI improvement mod has the same two issues happening, so whatever it is, it's something both this mod and that one have in common. Hope that helps.

No they're not a vassal of another faction, were friendly towards each other relation wise but the symbol above her in the diplomacy menu that says 100% Corruption is greyed out and in actual diplomacy there is no vassal option. I'm thinking maybe its a racial thing? We currently have a non aggression pact and a trade agreement.

EDIT:Also I'm not using SFO since the current version is out of date an CTD's

So I'm at 100% Dominance with Seducers of Slaanesh but can't take control of them, I have the mod which expands the factions which can be seduced as well. All I could think of is a conflict with the Druchii overhaul mod. Lemme know if this might be the case, thx!

So.. Hear me out.
I dived into modding for this one. And made a file for your mod to be compatible with Variant selector. It fixes the problem with wrong models and icons. You just need to create 2 folders in mod file marthvs/mod and drop the file in mod folder and it's gonna solve the ishue. I can send you the file if you interested.

@Ulrik When it comes to settlements, the Chaos Dwarfs have Towers (which generate influence), Outposts (Which produce raw materials) and Factories (produce armaments from raw materials)
For example if I conquer a minor settlement, I can choose to make it an Outpost or a Factory, but later i can choose to convert it to the other type if I want to.
This mod for some reason is preventing this conversion, the button to convert simply does not work.
