You don't need this: :P Don't add every mod you see. Read the description of every mod. If there is no description you cannot test the mod. If there is a description but it says that you need this mod or that, or even that the mod is not compatible with this mod or that, the description will say so. The mod "Ability To Read" is to those who do not understand yet that some mods work, some mods don't, and some mods will completely break your game. If you download this mod, you have not read the description! Your ability to read failed!

It's not broken. it does nothing at all read my post down the page, it gives the details from the mod.
Not needed, so ignore it. It does nothing apart from taking up space on your drive.

If the mod does download with any other mods you use, and it says this mod is needed, simply unsubscribe from it.
It has no relevance to any mod at all, or the game itself for that matter.

I agree, anyone with any sense reads modders recommendations and installs other requirements as necessary for a particular mod to work. Having to be forced to install a mod that does nothing is ridiculous, sorry but if idiots cannot be bothered to read mod instructions that is their problem but why make the rest of us suffer

It's not a stability mod. It's just empty mod with 2 image files (the image above) in jpeg in targa formats. 6 MB is the one targa image. Guess it's for a purpose of testing dependencies.

i dont know what this mod is and what it does, but into the trash dump that is my mod list it goes!!! i dont care if my pc is at the mercy of this mod i dont know about but i cant spare 3 or 10 seconds gazing at the description!!!

This is a dependency mod. it is a way of highlighting there is instructions to follow when using the mod. (it may be for install or/and use).
This can be a way to show for a mod it is not just "subscribe and play".
