Why is my game lagging even tho i have well over 200Fps, same things to my friends they have strong computers and both have over 200fps also and their game feels laggy as mine

Load the map normally then type "status" in the console and it should print out the map name.

specials get stuck on climb ladders, an issue that used to happened pre update of mall atrium. Bots get stuck on the scaffolding.
