There is a "light" version of this city that I trimmed down to 6 DLCs, just for you. There's no conspiracy going on ;)

Even then, you can get away with not having European Suburbia and University City DLCs. Although you will have a bunch of empty houses and shops, there aren't so many that you can't quickly get those residents and shops back. So really 4 DLCs

It is airport so I dont understand why I should have all the dlcs basically ever released for this game :D It seems to me like a scam from PDX interactive (one of many). By allowing this global build off savegame to the public in exchange for adding all dlcs to the required items - so basically pdx is saying if you want to play this airport spend over 100€ !!! I dont get it.
