I found an Easter egg if you walk into the wall next to the guy drinking coffee then a baby sound will play and you will find an area with a hula doll on the floor and a lambda symbol

I've discovered why the errors are occurring. Apparently Valve took CS:GO off of the steam store. I'm not entirely sure why though, making the issue impossible to fix. (They probably did it so more people will want to play CS2 more if you want my opinion.)
