Regards, Keith.
I agree about most timetabled scenarios making you drive like Lewis Hamilton, but that's because most designers deliberately set challenging arrival times to make it "a challenge". If you use the the correct time intervals based upon the real world timetable, as long as the route is true to life, you get a pleasant drive with some slack, just as in the real world
Very enjoyable , thanks!
To "make the stops last longer than 5 seconds". In scenario editor and click on each passenger pick up icon . In the right hand box click on the clock to remove the red cross making it a timetabled run. In the times set your departure times ( bottom one ) to something realistic (real world timetabe or the correct intervals between departures at least) You will see that the arival time is automatically calculated , depending upon the % performance you set ( in same box). If the figures are red or !!! marks the details are not possible so adjust % and times to suit . This approach will normally give you stops of nearly a minute, but if you want longer just make the deparutre time later. The advantage of doing this is that you will also have target arrival times in your instructions to aim for. It makes it more interesting and realistic. You may have to adjust your excellent AI traffic to suit your longer stops.
Thanks again for a good scenario.
