I'm away from modding XCOM 2 for a long while, but this mod is pretty much a standard cosmetics mod as others. Maybe the issue lies on how Unrestricted Customization was configured by the users. Plus, I never use Unrestricted Customization mod in my playthroughs so I can't help you troubleshoot the UC related issue.

chest armor my bad

well its preventing the power armor to be shown and it disappears especially the chest player

so i just need to reinstall the mod to fix the armor not showing?

Found out what the cause is after reinstalling. It appears to just be an error where X2 thinks the MEC assets are at the powered tier and resets them even though I have Unrestricted Customization. It's not an issue exclusive to this mod, but I discovered it using this mod's assets.

Just realized this mod has a problem. The parts load in fine when you place them on your SPARKs, however upon exiting the soldier menu all parts reset. I thought it was an issue with Spart's Resistance MECs, it appears to be correlated with this mod specifically.
