Автор, у тебя просто отлично получилось передать атмосферу лиминальных пространств и при этом локаций из снов! Комнаты все очень разные, нелогично расположены (но здесь это к лучшему).

В общем, есть что поисследовать. Спасибо за такую шикарную карту!

Though it seems there has been a problem I would like to inform you of, not one of your making fortunately, but an issue with the workshop.
Recently a group of users have been re-uploading older popular workshop addons and have added adware to the addons. One of them being yours

As you are the original map creator you can choose to DMCA it (Hit the report button [flag] and below the text box hit the highlighted here to start the filing). Which can force the addon to be removed faster.

Alrighty. I may try some archives for older maps, and I saw that map too, didn't realize it was the inspiration.

sadly there are no older versions of the map as I override the vmf with the updates, as for the purple room I am guessing you mean the one with the white metal chairs next to the backrooms hallway with the hanging wire on the light, that purple room is a reference to another gmod liminal space map called "gm_liminal_mall"

Also what image inspired the room with the purple light and Greek architecture? I've seen the same idea in another map.

I dont get what causes that, for me I dont see it but in the editor there is no water emitters so idk why it does that (I think i was testing particles but I remember deleting them since theres nothing there in the editor)

the flowing water from the orange pipe room is broken and is clipping through the map and ending up in the dark cornfield, seems like the hl2 episode repack update might have broken the effect

gmod had an update that comes with css and hl2 episodes content but everything is packed in the map, u dont need anything

Ive been meaning to re-install gmod to play it with a VR headset, and this map is first on my list! Is there anything else Id need to download like any custom textures or such? I know theres the usual counterstrike/halflife stuff id need to do, are those required by any chance?

Its just supposed to be a safe place to rest that actually feels safe and relaxing. I imagined it like an abandoned tower you stay in during a zombie apocalypse or something where it is a sunset afternoon in an overgrown countryside or something

Just wanna let you know that this is the best map I've ever played, love the part featured in the thumbnail, the song that goes along with it always give me chills and calms me down. I've even memorized the route to get to this place from all the spawns! (I know, a bit weird.)

Love it, has a strange feel to it. Fits the title. On a suggestive note you might go inside the little burger place and replace the broken TV monitors with ones that are not broken. But just an aesthetic preference.

This is one of the best maps I have ever played. Everything about its layout, details, colors, and most especially the sounds. It is just perfect. I would salivate for another one. Excellent work.

I went back to this map after having seen the aquarium map then checking out this person's workshop and finding they made this map. This one's an OG classic. I had seen The Librarian play this a couple years ago or so but I had forgot most of the beats so this was great to explore on my own.

I just had a dream where i was in an flooded airplane that i turned the power on to by replacing a empty propane tank (that i felt the weight difference) and then literally ran and opened all the doors cause i saw that it was liminal, then woke up-

This map, even with all of the weapons at my disposal, makes me feel unwanted emotions. It is incredibly well made, and definitely worth a play. If you want a REAL challenge, play this map, no V clip allowed, single player, at 3:00 AM, I'm not going to attempt this challenge
