Renaxon can you please take ~10 mins out of your day just to fix the Infinite raidgear dupe, bring back old meds cuz pvp is awful, and revert DMR nerf?

basically few simple config fixes, please...

anytime i pick up any item its a random item even if i pick up a hammer it gives me a random item or ammo im just tryin to get my acheivements
