@Narikyou have you put this mod at the top of the load order? because if not mods that update models (shogun 2 HD (add/modded helmets to better match unit cards)) or add new factions (46 playable clans) will brake the mod for hero numbers.

@Narikyou it works on my end it increases hero's from 30 to 90 and the rocket guys from 30 to 45 and it disables the special / hero unit cap you either didn't notice the change or you have a different mod conflicting with this one. this also works with LordHendra's mods

this mod still working, make sure you are using this mod alone. It can be compatible with mods that do not modify or add units to the game
