being able to give the NPCs healing items would be nice, the idea to make it a GUI however isn't necessary. the item works fine as it's intended. however, having them get mad if you have the item equipped might work for some peoples play through but not mine, so if you're ever planning on adding that I'd recommend it as an add-on mod. as far as Ideas, giving the NPCs the ability to interact with a few more things might be nice, but I'm not sure how intuitive this would be considering most things I'm dealing with are added by mods.

you should make this a interactable gui instead of a item when you right click on them.
Also you should make it so that if a npc sees you and you open this dialog they get mad at you unless they are your crew.

The hand slots are not compatible with stim packs or healing items. I can't put the medical bag my medic was carrying back on. I think they can still heal but I wish I could put the item back, maybe even swap it out for a nanowrap bandage.

I find this good if you want a village to have a custom outfit theme to it.

Found quite serious "problem". You cant make your npc show emotions like real player (using arrows; ctrl+arrows; ctrl+alt+arrows; shift+ctrl+arrows). If you include this feachue to your mod It will become the best nps mod that ever exist. Just imagine: with this feature you could make real starbound animations, using only one character and a lot of npcs!

If a controlled NPC attacks a friendly NPC it should attack the NPC that hit it. Also, it would be cool to have NPCs collect items and send it straight to your inventory.

This mod is amazing! I'm finally able to adjust my crew's item in a way that makes sense. However, it does feel a bit too overpowered having the ability to just steal any clothes and especially armor from other NPC. Is there a way to make it so you can only control and adjust items from a crew member? On a creative aspect, I do see the benefit of this mod. But as someone who still wants to play the game normally, it does feel like I have too much power in my hands haha

So this seems like a better version of Crew Customization+ since you can control NPC's and the like and from what it seems like, add armor and weapons to the NPC's. What's the main difference between this mod and Crew Customization+?

I'll add a checkbox option to limit or reduce the crew's stats scaled with player's stats.

would it be possible to add an option so crew npc's with "enable armor effects" will have either halved health or somehow nerfed how it scales with player's stats?

It seems to be a problem related to the FU's armor build script. I'll find a way to solve it !!
