You need half life 2: episode 2 in order for this to work, i don't know how people don't know this but sure.

It's the same material paths as Mayhem's SNPCs, so if you have that installed as well the ones here will be replaced by those.

It would be blue if I replaced the particles, but that would mess with a lot of other addons so I'm not doing that.

In which directory can I find this addon (textures, models, materials)? It does not appear in the "addons" folder.

The combine altered antlions, like headcrabs to be less deadly. The only reason antlions are probably still alive on the beaches, is to keep rebels off them. And other creatures were killed for having no use(Bullsquids and shit). The Antlion Spitter in HL:A could be a ranged combat soldier but was removed from the genes when combine altered them.

Probably because since it's a vr game it was too difficult to make it similar that they rather go on to make have realistic like bug proportions. If that's not the case maybe they have it in the unused files.

maybe it's not the same antlion worker? perhaps its a different type of antlion similar to the antlion guardian? or it could be a less evolved version of the antlion.

Valve should have made it more similar to the one from Episode 2.

Even though this comment isn't about the addon itself and instead the creature's design, I'll have to admit that the head and mouth structure look great from a biological perspective. I like that we can see that there are acid sacks behind the worker's head and the worker's mouth structure lacks the teeth and mandible formation of the soldier antlions, possibly allowing the worker to spit acid without corroding its own mouth or head.

I'm truly sorry if this comment makes me look like a know-it-all, I like studying the possible biology and anatomy of fictional animals.
