I used an unorthodox method to compile this addon. The skeleton I imported to rig this model uses a custom animations sequence in the QC I placed in the survivor anim swap QCI file.
Moved to QCI:

}
It's best to use the original compile folder to avoid confusion

ERROR: c:\users\lumap\documents\crowbar yella\survivor_manager.qc(1365): - Duplicate animation name "dewobedil_corrective_animation"
ERROR: Aborted Processing on 'survivors/survivor_manager.mdl'
but when i delete the duplicate animation name the eyes bug out and goes to the back of her neck
so uhh you got any clue to what is happening? i am really desperate to have yella cyber on zoey.
Also, the only place you need to put the vtf's/vmt's is the main materials folder where the others are, and overwrite them.
