to my understanding all we can do atm is rebuilding the bots once they die and wait for an update on the script end of things.
the only bot that so far didnt die on my was the scavenger bot with its robodogmodel and the other 3 did die on me eventually, even killed them just by depresurising the room they where in which they where fine with before the apex survival update.
I read the comment that started the question and also your reply, and I understand that they’re working on it — I’m completely fine with that. However, I didn’t see any temporary solution mentioned for the problem while they’re still working on it. I already tried putting food in the bots’ inventories, but unfortunately, they’re still dying.
Ultimately, I tried to ask my question in more detail, hoping that while I waited for the next update, there might be a workaround so the bots wouldn't die from starvation.
I don't want to start a discussion in the comments section of this add-on because it won't lead to anything anyway.
Still thanks for your answer, since you probably just wanted to point me to a similar question that maybe would help me.
just a few days ago the same has been asked and as of time of writing it is still in the first 2 pages of comments, question and answer.
so i have a countequestion for you: didnt you read atleast the first few pages of comments or did you just simply oversee it?
if it has to do something with that is there an way to turn hunger off for the Bots but not for me?
I am using mods on this order (first top to bottom):
bot_spawner, Ai Enabled 1.9, Crew Enabled, MES, Planet Creature Spawner, MES + AiEnabled Mainframe Organised Domination System, MES-Alien Animals, MES - Earthlike animals, all other mes mods.
If use both Animals drops are random materials (powercell, motor, displays...), instead of meat.
Thanks ^^
first stop screaming as it wont help the slightest.
second if you go over the guide provided via the moddescription it states that you need to be inside a faction yourself.
you can create you own or join a player created faction for it, dont join any of the premade npc factions from se itself or aie as that will break stuff.
some stuff still needs to be adapted to the apex survival update.
as every block needs to be manually added to theyre databanks so they know what to do with them blocks not present in there can cause issues. vanilla blocks already present prior to the fieldwork update where no problem for me so far besides a hickup every now and then but they where able to recover from it.
Maybe they need oxygen or power, because sun radiation is deactivated on my server.
Thx a lot if you find the issue <3

when its ready to drop.
For now tho, I'll start any game through a backup and if there are two with the same time stamp I'll select the second option, I tested it 5 times and got 100% score on it
sounds for me like it might be related to the saving system and could be something that might need som changes from keen, though cant tell for sure.
It looks like its the exit save that, somehow messes up this mod, oddly enough a backup with the same time-stamp is slightly bigger MB wise and still holds the Mod active.
I installed a AIEnabled with all dependencies together with some quality of life Mods, added MES and a couple of Mods that run off of it started up de game and all is running well.
Until after a while (and a couple of auto saves and/ or manual saves) AiEnabled is just... disabled.
Its not showing in Mods options list (Enter-F2).
When I reload a previous save from a 'backup save' from say 7min's earlier its back up again.
Same if I reload from a manual save.
from testing around it looks like its related to food and radiation that came with the apex survival update but you can also suffocate all but the dog if you wait long enough from my testing.
what is clear atm that wasnt happening before the apex survival update and thus i would say its related to it.

outgoing from other sit has to do with the apex survival update.
if you can provide informations about it to expand the avaible data i would suggest joining the discord linked in the moddescription and provide the data there.
Going to create a new world and see if it works without any other mods installed and test
