OMG when I think all the time I spent on tweaking zones priorities to have the fertilized eggs hauled to the right place, while getting rid of the ruined eggs... Thanks so much for this!

"ruined by temperature" is different from "spoils outside"; in vanilla, only fertilizzed eggs are ruined if temperature exceeds 50 degrees or if falls below 0 degrees.
Fermenting wort is also affected by temperature but it stays in fermenting barrel even when ruined (fermenting barrel is cleaned when new wort is inserted IIRC), so it's a different story and cannot be managed by filters
