That error is related to the base Mediaplayer addon. You can read more about it and others haveing the same issue on its workshop and github pages. Seems like the author will have to patch it again.

This is the calss name of the extended addon. It tells what kind of entity (class) will spawn when you click one screen. It is basically inherited mediaplayer_base with more features intended for testing screen resolutions. It does not have a perticular model and it is not intended to be spawned on its own standalone but only trough requests form mplayer_extended_db.

Hi, you mean the icons are empty or the list is actually missing stuff.
I do not see CS:GO in the supported addons list.

Holding C generally for Gmod brings up the context menu.
It is not strictly dedicated to this addon, but a genral feature.
Check your binds in the game settings.
