I enabled the secret thing by deleting an image in the file which said ''delete this to enable secret !'' But i just can't figure out what the secret is.. can anyone tell me what does it change ?

Armi, this is because the "Death Portraits" file is used in both mods. This mod changes it to say "Wost" instead of "Lost". If you're not sure where to find these files, they should be under Mods > [Mod Name Here] > Resources > GFX > UI. -- You can safely remove whichever one you don't want (I assume the Wost version as it's a small edit in comparison), or simply edit them together yourself with any drawing program.

For some reason out of all mods I have, this one breaks the "Trash Issac's Last Will".
No idea why, just saying.

problem, I am trying to get it so that I only have the Neko Tainted Lost, but one of the images includes both Neko Lost and Neko Tainted Lost, and I can't just remove one or the other. Is there another mod I could use instead of this one that only includes Neko Tainted Lost? If not, could you instead send me a replacement for it? The file is controls.png btw.
