Ah I see. You could ask your friends to see if they get the same issue, consistency errors with infected models usually occur when the hitboxes aren't the same as the original model (in the case of this addon, the hitboxes are the same). Few other things I could suggest in the meantime are:

- Check to see if you or the server host are subscribed to any other Jockey mods, as they will likely conflict with each other
- Unsubscribe from this addon, close the game, then resubscribe and test the issue again
- Try hosting on a Local Server if you can (requires port forwarding)
- If the last step doesn't work, type sv_consistency 0 into the console before starting the game

I used a program called UE Viewer to export the model, then I downloaded a Blender addon to import .psk files.

How did you import UT2003 models into Blender?!

There exists 3 Butt-Head sound mods for the Smoker that were all made in 2013 when SerSeri's Beavis Jockey sound mod became popular.
