there is no sheath mesh and when the weapon is drawn it only has a bare mesh, there is a sheath when the weapon is in the holster

I was playing yesterday and noticed the Nagamaki's sheath disappears from your back when using the weapon. Any way to fix that?

My only criticism is that I only see it on certain NPCs. Is there a shop that sells them? Or a blueprint someplace? I would imagine their rarity could be equal to the Topper, but I couldn't imagine they're even more scarce than an outdated Old Empire weapon.

Added an NPC that can spawn in Heng if the city should fall into ruin without the player's involvement (note that you might have to search around a bit to find him). This can only occur if both Longen and Tengu is either dead or imprisoned and the shinobi thieves take over the city.

I have a question, where can i find the Meitou if the traders HQ is already destroyed?
