@ClownSyndrome yeah, the player hurt sound in that case is also used by certain enemies

the same happens while wearing full necro armor, which changes the hurt sound to the skeleton hurt sound

there's nothing I can do about it, sadly :/

I could replace those sounds too, but I chose not to because there would be cases where you'd hear the thud without having taken damage and that isn't something you would want :P

I love this mod but it doesn't work when wearing celestial charm during night, just plays the wolf hurt sound :(
