Question, don’t suppose you could make a plain version? Keeping the spring logo but removing store logos off, it would be cool to add local store logos on it for a personal city, the asset is some amazing work. Thank You.

I know there use to be a decal or prop that could be used to 'hide' the curb and give the illusion of a... driveway? Gee I don't really know what it would be called... and likely why I cant find it. It's little things like that but why I like that there's roads and assets that let us do our own lots.

@Insanity Check: I see what I can piece together later tomorrow. The parking/surrounding is on a different sub-mesh so it is actually easily removed, same for the markers and stuff are all removable sub-buildings.

I think the only thing I would like to see is a version with out the parking lots, so we can use the parking lot roads to crate our own lots. Just never a fan of how buildings and props with lots have no transition between the asset and the road, so cars always look like they need to jump the curb to get into the lots.

@tyh24882 make sure you get the require prop assets; your visual setup (LUT, relight, reshade, etc) will of course affect the overall looks. If you on vanilla-ish visual setup it will definitely looks a lot more wash out.

Great job. I am from Kuching too. That is the shopping mall that I go for like once per week.

However, the lighting needs improvements. My building's lighting is not as good as the illustration, especially the shopping mall logo as well as retail stores' logo at the front view.

I've read in a guide somewhere that you can eliminate the "culling" by placing an invisible diagonal plane in the model that's larger than the actual model. This fools Cities:Skylines into thinking it's farther from the edge than it really is, so it doesn't get "culled".

@curr66 nothing much I can do about the game's "culling" behavior, the actual land-lot size of the building is only 12x12 (can't go bigger than 12x13) and the rest are extended with sub buildings. Basically when the game detect when the land-lot is less than % visibility, then it going to hide the whole building. You will likely see similar problem with other big assets as well, such as bridges.
