Hey, you should add preview images and i'd recammend retexturing the monical and hat to fit TF2's style a bit more

This is seriously one of those times when I wish you could bump up items. There are so many excellent hats, miscs, and weapons just sitting in the backpages of the workshop collecting dust because Valve passed on them.

@ Abadah: How could this hat clip with the Googly Gazer? The monocle covers his left eye, not his right, which the gazer does.
