@crosscountrycpjon - don't know. Was definitely working when I uploaded it almost two years ago and has 7400 subscribers. All I can say is maybe go into your local RICO settings and attempt to re-add Ploppable RICO. I'm on vacation without my desktop PC I use for CS so I cannot test anything...

For some reason, this asset is despawning shortly after spawing, even whenplopping with ploppable rico. Cannot figure out the problem, it is the only asset that does this. Major bummer because I love this asset.

@Golded Age - That is definitely a good one. I will watch your creations for this project with great anticipation!

@crosscountrycpjon - thanks for the suggestion. I had planned to include some kind of Italian American club in the collection. Still figuring out where exactly to draw that inspiration. So far I would say the Italian American Society building in Kenosha WI is a decent model. I probably prefer it over your Madison one because it is has the second story.
