pretty sure psychos does the same thing
if i ever start messing around with rivals of aether again i might try and fix it at the same time of uploading a fix for deathbox mode which was broken last i checked
or not, after all, this character is not meant to be the most op possible, that would be oni-miko-zero

I actually knew what Mugen character this was referencing somehow. Neat choice to convert.
