Yes I am blueballed that Julius is still broken and so are many others. People have to know that half your mods are broken before downloading them and then wasting their life playing them only to find out that it breaks their game 200 turns in.

You really have some vendetta. Download issues don't even have anything to do with the mod itself but with Steam

@JFD can you please help me with this, as i would love to play this nation. But this mod doesnt not want to download at all in game, i would see other mods download in, not this one. please help

I fixed the volunteer thing in the game defines. I changed it to this:
UPDATE Units
SET Combat = Combat-4, RangedCombat = 28, Range = 1, MoveAfterPurchase = 1
WHERE Type = 'UNIT_JFD_VOLUNTEER_CORPS';

However i've noticed an issue where after researching industrialization adopting policies only spawns a melee unit and a volunteer in the capital and no other cities

Also, i just encountered an issue where the foreign volunteer has no ranged attack

I like this civ, its been a lot of fun but i think the wltkd might need to be nerfed, it seems like my wltkds never end
