Eldorado's normal and limo versions use the same UV template, so I'm afraid there's no way to fix that.

Besides, what made you think about a limousine version of Axel's taxi car in the first place?

So you can't get the taxi sign.
I know that you say that you're busy, and that you don't have any time for updates, but could you please de-stretch the Crazy Taxi texture on the side of the Eldorado Limo? Like this, it just looks weird.

I just made it in PAC3 with several props and text. Turns out the editor can work on vehicles too.

I've simply nocollided that lightbar prop and welded it to the Honda Civic's roof, then reduced its weight to "1" with the Weight Tool.

Do you know how to put it on the civic though?

Wait, actually, you first need to download TDMCars and LWCars so they would work. Either subscribe to each and every one of those cars in Workshop, or get TortoiseSVN and download the SVN versions.

You might want to use the skin switching feature on GMod's context menu (hold the C key, then right click on the car), or the Easy Bodygroup Tool. For Nissan Silvia S13, the Japanese police skin is located at "Skin 5", while the RX-7 and Honda Civic's skins are set to "Skin 7".

It's pretty easy. Click the "Subscribe" button to download the skins (skip the step if you already did it), start up the game, load a map, open the spawnmenu, click on Vehicles tab and spawn a car to start with (for example, Dodge Challenger '70); then, you can either use the Easy Bodygroup Tool to right click on a car and switch through skins by playing around with the tool's slider, or use the Context Menu (accessable with C key) to right click the vehicle and switch its skins (to Skin 3, Skin 7, etc.). On the Dodge Challenger '70, my "Supernatural" junker skin is under "Skin 7", as said in this addon's description.

This Taxi sign is a PAC3 outfit that isn't available for Steam Workshop, but in the {COLLEGAMENTO RIMOSSO}Mediafire version of the addon, in a "data" folder. In your game files, if you have PAC3, there should be a "pac3" folder inside "data", and you have to unzip the .txt file (crazy taxi cad.txt) into it.

One problem, when LoneWolfie updated his Cadillac model, the sign is lifted upwards (because it was made before a update comes out), so you could just lower it down in PAC3 manually. I'll fix this soon.
